Manufacturing: scale and technology

We have been operating our own industrial sewing facility in Saint Petersburg since 2014.

Capacity: we produce over 35,000 units annually (with a total of 240,000+ covers manufactured to date). Our team consists of more than 150 specialists.
Engineering: our in-house design bureau utilizes 3D scanning and mathematical thermal modeling instead of manual estimations. This ensures a perfect fit with zero "thermal bridges".
Quality: our manufacturing processes are certified according to the international ISO 9001:2015 standard.

We have been operating our own industrial sewing facility in Saint Petersburg since 2014.

Temperature range: from extreme cold (-269°C) to extreme heat (+1000°C, with short-term peaks up to +1200°C).
Safety: we reduce equipment surface temperatures from +250°C to a safe +45°C (meeting labor safety requirements).
Materials: we use non-combustible mineral wool (density 43 kg/m³), silica fabrics, water-resistant Oxford fabric, and silicone/PU-coated materials (oil and petrol resistant).
Service life: the final product lasts 7+ years, while the insulation filler retains its properties for up to 50 years.

Removable thermal covers

Rapid-access insulation for valves, filters, heat exchangers and turbines. They can be removed in minutes, significantly saving maintenance time

Fabric expansion joints

Flexible inserts for pipes and gas ducts. They absorb vibrations and thermal expansion, preventing accidents and pipe ruptures. Lighter and more cost-effective than steel alternatives

Acoustic enclosures

Designed to reduce industrial noise to sanitary standards. We include ventilation systems to prevent overheating and inspection windows for monitoring
